i m a social worker. my friend had given me donation four times(amount 11000,21000 etc..) for my social work through cheque. now he has filed case in court saying that i had taken debt from him! plus demanding interest on that! will the court take it as a case of debt????? while he is not a money lender nor any written deal had been done between us.

Our father died in 1963. I have two elder bothers and a youger sister and a brother.Eldest brother was in service and died in 2003. sister got married in 1969. I got job in 1967 and the youngest one got job in 1973. No.2 brother is in possission of all movable and immovable properties and till 2003 he used to say that every thing is in tact and any time any one can take his or her share.He had got on land appox 0.718ha trasferred in his own mane and here the dispute started. Now he has refused for any thing. Can you help mepl. K C Sagar

My mother got married 1977. when she was minor (16). Her father died on 2012. He could not write a will. He has three children 2 sons, 1 daughter and wife. Recently, his House were separated by the sons without knowledge of others. Now, the sons says father's name is not recorded on the property. It is registered in the name of their grandfather. Therefore, the right of property is only for male heirs. My Question is: 1. Can my mother sue for it? 2. His wife's (senior citizen) Rights? Additional Information Municipal tax challan in the name of her father. Her father bought back by selling a portion. (don't know about registration) A portion, the eldest son of the son's name was changed (by coercion) now my mother not allowed in the house (threaten by Police) Please give advice to take legal action.
